Langeracq Cantus Chamber Choir

Langeracq Cantus Chamber Choir was formed in 2005 by alumni of Taipei Municipal Da-Zhi High School in Taiwan. The Choir is currently directed by Prof. Tien-Ming TANG. In 2011, The Choir sung Beethoven's 9th Symphony in the National Concert Hall with The Philharmonia Moments Musicaux Orchestra. Moreover, the Choir won the bronze medal in 2017 Choral Competition in Taiwan. “The Liturgical Music, Vol. IV” recorded by the Choir was nominated for Best Religious Music Album at 2017 Golden Melody Awards in Taiwan. We anticipate contributing through our devoted practice of choral at home as well as across the world.

Tien-Ming Tang ​

Tien-Ming TANG got his M.A. in the Music Department of the National Sun Yat-Sen University in choral education under Professor Chia-Fen WENG. He established “Taipei Male Choir” in 1989. Moreover, he is invited to be the guest conductor, the jury and the clinician in choral activities nationally and internationally. Tien-Ming TANG was the faculty of College of Music, Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand. Now he lectures at the Music Department of National Sun Yat-Sen University and is the doctoral candidate in choral conducting under Professor Ching-Chun SU at Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan.
