A Small Cedar Choir
A Small Cedar Choir was formed in 2020 as the OG choir of the Kosugi Junior High School Chorus Club in Imizu City. Today, the choir has a growing number of members, mainly junior and senior high school students from Toyama Prefecture, and is expanding its activities with the aim of participating in competitions and holding concerts.
Conductor Yoshimasa Doai
He graduated from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, Department of Instrumental Music. He arrived at Kosugi Junior High School in Imizu City, Toyama Prefecture as a teacher in 2014. Since then, he has been serving as an advisor for the chorus club. He founded and leads A Small Cedar Choir in 2020 with the hope of providing a place for lifelong familiarity with choral music.
