Beijing No.12 Middle School Chorus Founded in 1934, Beijing No.12 Middle School is one of Beijing's key middle schools and the first batch of high school demonstration schools. At the same time, our school set up the first school-run factory in the whole country, and set up the first psychological teaching and research room in middle schools in the whole country, And besides that, our school took the lead in offering physique courses, psychological courses, comprehensive experimental courses and school chorus. Our school choir takes the value system of "seeking truth, loving kindness and aestheticism" as its core, Our school encourages students to be the pursuers, disseminators and creators of beauty, and strives to make students realize what is "truth", what is "kindness" and what is "beauty" in the chorus rehearsal process. With the continuous efforts of generations of teachers, our school choir has achieved excellent results. In recent years, it has won the first prize in the chorus competition of the urban art festival for many times, participated in the urban art activities for many times, and won the golden prize in the chorus performance of the Beijing Middle School Students' Art Festival in 2018.

Ning Ma
Ma Ning, Graduated from China Conservatory of Music, Master degree of Chorus Conductor, under Professor Wu Lingfen. Chorus conductor, School of Arts and Media, Beijing Normal University, permanent conductor of China Agricultural University, permanent conductor of Jinfan Chorus of Beijing No.35 Middle School and permanent conductor of Beijing No.12 Middle School. In 2007, she took part in the New Voice Competition and won the first prize in individual events in Beijing Competition Area. In 2009, she won the silver medal of the adult group in Beijing Toyama Piano Competition. In 2011, she directed the Chorus of Tsinghua University to hold a special concert for the New Year in 2012. In 2011, she directed the Tsinghua University Choir to hold a 100-year concert successfully. In 2012, she directed the Tsinghua University Choir to participate in the "World University Chorus Festival" and held a special concert of the Tsinghua University Choir.
