Wisteria Ensemble
In 2001, they started under the name of "Esashi Junior Choir" by the alumni of Esashi Junior High School chorus Club and the parental society. Participated in the General chorus B category in the National Competition of the Japan Choral Competition for three consecutive years. In 2002, they received the Japan Broadcasting Association Award. Since 2005, they changed their name to "Wisteria Ensemble". In their name Wisteria, there is a wish that the children that grew up under the hands of the conductor Naomi Fujioka will deeply be bound together and would be able to sing for a long time with their conductor. The current members ranges from Junior High School, High School and University students to Adults, and are having activities around Japan.
