Chien Kuo High School Choir
建國中學合唱團
Taiwan

Founded in 1967, we have over half a century of choral tradition and are one of Taiwan’s most representative all-male high school choirs. With students at the core, the choir emphasizes self-directed learning and teamwork, fostering musical literacy, artistic understanding, and a strong sense of responsibility through rehearsals and performances. Dedicated to depth and quality in choral art, the repertoire spans from the Renaissance to contemporary works, encompassing diverse languages and musical styles while balancing tradition and innovation, as well as local and international perspectives. Outstanding results have been consistently achieved in Taipei City and national student music competitions, reflecting mature and stable musical expression. Beyond concerts and competitions, we actively participate in community and charitable activities, seeking dialogue with different cultures through music and sharing the purest and most sincere emotions of vocal art.
